Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for managing inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Your energetic approach will help us meet production deadlines and uphold our high standards of quality and safety. Duties Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments Prepare outbound shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately with proper packaging materials per customer flow down requirements Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload materials safely and efficiently Manage stock levels through inventory updates in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems Maintain organized storage areas by stocking products systematically for easy retrieval and distribution Assist with warehouse distribution tasks including load planning and order picking to meet customer delivery schedules Conduct routine safety checks on equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks to ensure compliance with safety standards Conduct monthly inventory count to ensure accuracy Skills Proven experience in warehouse management system operations (e.g., AS9100) and warehouse distribution processes Valid forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, and order picker certifications preferred Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and stock management Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and measurements Familiarity with
UPS, FEDEX, FEDEX
