Logistics Coordinator West Coast Textiles - 4.0 Auburn, WA Job Details Full-time From $20 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Filing Attention to detail Organizational skills Time management Office experience Full Job Description We are looking for a competent Logistics Coordinator to help with our growing Logistics Operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to oversee shipments and scheduling and must be able to work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail, must have prioritization and organization skills, time management, and must be able to communicate effectively to warehouse staff and various carriers as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Responsibilities
  • Data Entry for routing and shipping scheduling on the Loading Calendar.
  • Create and update records to our Loading Master List ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Performs variety of routine assignments everyday as appropriate to the position such as printing labels, scanning of Bill of Ladings, creating shipments from our local carrier, organization of packing lists, monitoring and keeping track of Less Than Truckloads and working together side-by-side with our warehouse team.
  • May perform other duties assigned by our Target Account Manager such as various Product Projects and Audits.
  • Will be processing Purchase Orders for high volume of shipments, ensuring there is sufficient inventory on hand.
  • Must be able to keep files of goods shipped when sending the advanced shipping notice, ensures every load was shipped to the right carrier and to the right location and must be able to troubleshoot shipping issues.
  • Must report to the Target Account Manager on a daily basis. Skills
  • Experience in a shipping environment.
  • Knowledge of back-office computer systems (ERP System).
  • Working knowledge of Office Equipment.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Must be able to keep a good record of attendance.
Job Type:
Full Time 7:30 am to 4:00 pm 8 hr. shift
Start Pay:
$20/hr. Benefits after 60 days: Health Insurance PTO Dental/Vision 401
K Experience:
At least 1-2 years in an office setting preferably in logistics.
