Job Description
Long Road Transportation LLC seeks a Transportation Compliance Coordinator for its Kent, WA worksite. This is a full-time position. The position performs transportation compliance coordination for bonded cargo movement in logistics operations. Duties include CBP in-bond paperwork and status tracking; SOP-based filing support; compliance log maintenance; and FMCSA carrier qualification record review for cargo handoff. The role supports accurate documentation, status follow-up, compliance record organization, and consistent filing for bonded cargo movement and handoff activities. The position also helps maintain organized records for compliance paperwork follow-up under company SOPs. Requires 24 months of experience in transportation compliance coordination in logistics operations involving CBP in-bond paperwork, SOP-based filing/status tracking, and FMCSA carrier qualification record review for cargo handoff. Occasional local travel within King County and the Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue area may be required for compliance paperwork follow-up. No relocation and no unanticipated worksites.
