Job Description

Warehouse Logistics Associate (Onsite - Kent, WA) We are hiring Warehouse Logistics Associates to support day-to-day operations at our Kent facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring that equipment and materials are received, processed, organized, and prepared for redeployment. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is an onsite role with opportunities to grow and contribute to a team that values accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Receive, scan, and record incoming shipments from mailroom or service centers. Unpack, sort, and prepare items for storage or redeployment. Clean, organize, and prepare equipment for shipment or reuse. Package and label items for outbound shipping, returns, or storage. Pick, stow, and stage orders to support daily operations. Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy. Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory records. Support order fulfillment, including bulk or special requests. Assist with warehouse organization, stocking, and occasional project work. Meet baseline performance and accuracy standards while following safety protocols. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory support is a plus (but not required). Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized in a busy environment. Ability to learn and follow inventory processes and procedures. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Comfortable using handheld scanners, computers, or basic inventory tools (training provided). Work Environment This position is performed onsite at our Kent and Renton warehouse facilities. The warehouse environment includes concrete floors, moderate noise, and varying temperatures depending on the season. Employees may be exposed to dust, packaging, and shipping materials during daily tasks. All employees are expected to follow safety protocols and use PPE when required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Regularly lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance. Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of equipment and packages. Ability to safely operate carts, pallet jacks, and related warehouse equipment.
