Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Specialist is a key contributor to an integrated supply chain supporting complex engineering and manufacturing programs. This role manages endtoend procurement, logistics, and inventory operations with a focus on risk mitigation, supplier performance, and schedule assurance. The Specialist partners closely with engineering, production, quality, and project management to ensure material readiness, optimize flow, and support strategic business objectives. This position requires strong analytical capability, operational leadership, and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in manufacturing supply chains, exercises sound judgment under pressure, and drives continuous improvement across procurement, logistics, and inventory processes.How we care for you:

$59,800- 74,400/year Your challenges:
Primary Responsibilities:
Procurement Operations- 40% Manage full lifecycle procurement for complex materials, engineered components, and technical services supporting prototype, production, and field operations.
- 35% Oversee inbound material verification, including documentation, revision control, and condition assessment; resolve discrepancies to maintain traceability and data integrity.
- 25% Build and validate production and project kits based on BOMs, engineering revisions, and priority schedules.
Your boarding pass:
Education Required- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent work experience Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or materials management
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
- Experience supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory activities Preferred
- Experience in aerospace, robotics, or engineering-driven manufacturing environments
- Experience with international shipping documentation and logistics coordination Licensure / Certifications Required
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification Physical Requirements Onsite or remote: 100% Onsite
