Medical, dental, vision; paid vacation&sick leave About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Logistics Associate III to support material flow and inventory operations within a lab/stockroom environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials are accurately tracked, readily available, and aligned with build schedules to support successful project execution.Job Responsibilities:
Material and Inventory Management Manage on-site program material replenishment and disbursement. Conduct and document accurate inventory tracking against the Bill of Materials (BOM) for upcoming projects and builds. Verify that physical goods, packing slips, and order confirmations are aligned. Perform all stockroom duties, including receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and preparing material for the bench, in line with established materials management procedures. Proactively manage and expedite material shortages to achieve the Clear to Build status on schedule. Shipping and Logistics Coordinate outbound shipments (domestic and international) with Shipping and Logistics teams, ensuring proper accountability and follow-through. Track and follow up on all inbound shipments to ensure timely and correct delivery and promptly sign for package pickups. Operations and Compliance Execute daily duties as directed by the Site Supervisor/Manager, strictly following defined SOPs, Best Practices, and work instructions. Independently make decisions and utilize resources to satisfy build and part requirements. Maintain the lab area according to EHS and Facilities standards, including basic organization and record-keeping of equipment and supplies following 5S guidelines. Communication and Teamwork Communicate any potential issues or customer concerns promptly to the supervisor. Work effectively as a member of a diverse, cross-functional team.Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in a stockroom or laboratory setting. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills necessary to reconcile reports and meet project requirements. Demonstrated competence with spreadsheet programs (e.g., Google Sheets, MS Office). Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines; meticulous and conscientious. Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a high degree of organization and accountability. Must possess a sense of urgency, with the ability to fact-find and expedite issues. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging with personnel at various levels. Comfortable in a collaborative, dynamic environment, able to anticipate needs and offer proactive assistance. Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. Experience or knowledge related to purchasing.Must-Have Skills:
5+ years in Inventory / materials management in an operations environment Hands-on, physical inventory + prototype parts experience (not purely desk/ERP) Strong inventory terminology + extreme attention to detail + accurate data entry (e.g., BOM, clear-to-build, shortages)Nice-to-Have Skills:
