RMC Supply Chain Specialist - Trainee About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Support daily supply chain operations, including inventory and logistics coordination. Assist in analyzing data to optimize material flow and reduce costs. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries. Learn and apply best practices in procurement and vendor management. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. What Are We Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn supply chain systems. Demonstrated initiative and commitment to professional growth. Work Environment This role involves working in both office and operational settings, requiring flexibility and a hands-on approach to learning supply chain processes.
