Full Job Description Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Management Maintain and update vendor information, including capabilities, addresses, contacts, limitations, and process updates to relevant teams. Prepare and participate in bi-weekly meetings with overseas vendors. Assist vendors on the custom order process and ensure established procedures are followed. Communicate and escalate significant updates, changes, and delays regarding custom orders to relevant teams. Review and update purchase orders based on quotes, contracted costs, order quantities, and other custom order-related adjustments. Ensure accuracy in specifications and requests throughout the mockup, sample, and production stages through PowerApps Handle order creation, revisions, and cost discrepancies on Purchase Orders. 2. Quality Control & Compliance Assist the Compliance Manager in collecting required material documents. Work closely with the internal Quality Control (QC) team to verify product measurements and specifications. Ensure vendors adhere to production status reporting, QC standards, and shipping requirements.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. At least 1-2 years of vendor management, procurement, or customer relations experience. Basic understanding of production processes and order management. Working knowledge of following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize multiple priorities. Champions the organization and advocates solutions in the overall company's best interest. Excellent problem-solving, results-oriented, interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with other teams. Passionate about strengthening vendor relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Team's and Outlook.
Pay:
$28-29/hr
