Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, preparing shipments, and maintaining smooth warehouse distribution processes. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, supporting our commitment to exceptional customer service. Available Shifts (
Seasonal:
June/July through December) 2nd shift: Monday
  • Friday 2:00pm
  • 10:30pm 3rd shift: Sunday
  • Thursday 10:00pm
  • 6:30am Duties Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the warehouse Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process orders for shipment or storage Perform order picking and packing tasks with precision to ensure correct items are prepared for delivery Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Stock shelves and organize inventory using mechanical knowledge to optimize space and accessibility Conduct quality control checks on materials and finished products to maintain high standards of accuracy and safety Support warehouse supervisor in maintaining safety protocols, cleanliness, and operational efficiency Qualifications Must be able to commute to work, be punctual, reliable on a fixed shift Previous experience in warehouse distribution or related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all necessary skills Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks; certification is a plus Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and order picker tools Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and extended periods of standing or walking Mechanical aptitude or knowledge of mechanical systems is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues Excellent attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment, stocking, and quality control processes Prior experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse supervision is beneficial but not mandatory This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in warehouse operations while contributing to a high-performing distribution team.
