Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics and Inventory Coordinator for an opportunity near Renton, WA. This hybrid warehouse and administrative role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accurate work, and wants to build long-term stability with a supportive operations team. In this role, you will support shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, data entry, and warehouse coordination. You will work closely with drivers, carriers, and internal team members to keep freight moving, records organized, and inventory data accurate. This is a great opportunity for a reliable logistics professional who is comfortable working both on the warehouse floor and at a desk. This position offers a steady, team-focused environment where consistency, ownership, and attention to detail are valued. The right candidate will play a key role in supporting operational success and maintaining accurate inventory and shipping documentation. Key Responsibilities
  • Process, review, and maintain accurate Bills of Lading, shipping documents, and warehouse records.
  • Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts, research discrepancies, and support inventory accuracy.
  • Enter, update, and verify inventory data in company systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist with picking, packing, staging, and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments as needed.
  • Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, safety standards, reporting, and general administrative tasks. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
