This isn't just a support role. You'll be the engine behind our order fulfillment, managing everything from customer emails to LTL logistics coordination. While we provide full training on our specialized ERP systems, familiarity with Google Workspace and Excel is highly preferred. If you're a tech-savvy professional looking for a path into leadership, we'd love to meet you. Tasks include but not limited to:
Portal & Order Management:
Manage order entry for our various customers through email or online order portals.Financial Integrity:
Process financial payments, conduct order checks, and prepare invoices in our ERP system.Logistics Coordination:
Create BOLs, coordinate carrier pickups for LTL shipments, and handle shipping documentation. Plan and execute daily parcel shipments based on customer orders, including printing pack slips, making shipping labels, and signing off packages.Inventory Auditing:
Perform daily receiving audits and cycle counts to maintain 100% accuracy.High-Speed Communication:
Manage customer email threads, ensuring a timely response time for our global customers. Additional Skills You Can Learn (Training Provided)International Logistics:
Managing documentation and shipping for our Canadian and international partners.ERP Mastery:
Becoming an expert in Sage 300 for high-volume order fulfillment and invoicing.Supply Chain Auditing:
Learning professional cycle counting and inventory reconciliation methodologies.Freight Coordination:
Mastering LTL (Less Than Truckload) logistics and Bill of Lading (BOL) creation.What Will Help You Stand Out:
- You're comfortable navigating Gmail, Shared Drives, and Google Docs.
- You know your way around a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) and can organize data efficiently.
- You've previously used Sage, SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory/financial software.
- You've used shipping platforms like ShipStation or carrier portals (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
- You have a natural talent for spotting discrepancies in numbers or addresses.
