Inventory & Distribution Associate Mfused - 1.6 Seattle, WA Job Details Full-time $21.30 - $23.00 an hour 17 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program 401(k) matching Qualifications Basic math High school diploma or GED Task prioritization Full Job Description The Role MFUSED is looking for an Inventory & Distribution Associate who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and execution. This role supports the movement of product across the business through inventory management, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. This is an entry-level role, but the standard is high. The right person moves with urgency, pays attention to details others miss, and understands that operational mistakes create downstream problems for customers, compliance, and the business. The warehouse is fast-moving, highly regulated, and team-oriented. Success in this role requires reliability, accountability, and the ability to consistently execute the fundamentals at a high level. What You'll Own Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Verify compliance labels, manifests, barcodes, and product counts before shipment Receive inbound freight and prepare outbound shipments Create and maintain shipping manifests, invoices, and supporting documentation Conduct inventory cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation activities Identify, report, and help resolve inventory discrepancies Organize, label, and maintain warehouse inventory locations Move and stage inventory using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment Support safe warehouse operations and maintain clean working areas Follow all company, state, and regulatory compliance requirements Support additional warehouse and operations projects as business needs evolve Perform other duties as assigned What Good Looks Like Orders ship accurately and on time Inventory counts remain organized, clean, and dependable Compliance labels and shipping documentation are completed correctly the first time Warehouse areas stay organized and operationally ready Communication is proactive when issues, shortages, or discrepancies arise Team members know where inventory stands without chasing information Safety procedures are consistently followed without shortcuts What You Bring High school diploma or GED equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Reliable attendance and consistent punctuality Basic math, counting, and inventory tracking skills Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Comfort working in a physically active role throughout the workday Ability to follow standard operating procedures and compliance requirements Preferred Experience The following qualifications are preferred but not required: Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience Experience using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Lists Experience using Cultivera or similar inventory management systems Pallet jack experience or certification Forklift experience or certification Physical & Work Environment Requirements Regularly lift, carry, push, and move up to 50 pounds Stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout scheduled shifts Operate within a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, warehouse noise, and moving equipment Repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements may be required throughout the shift Use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and shipping tools safely and appropriately This role may involve exposure to cannabis, cannabis-derived products, and cannabis odors within a regulated production and warehouse environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role Why
