Full Job Description Goal of Position:
The goal of this position is to produce and ensure consistent precise work orders that meet both the customers' requirements as well as Art Brass Aerospace Finishing's processing capabilities.
Task List:
Generate Travelers from customers purchase orders (contracts) Verify planning steps are logical and possible and meet the applicable spec and/or PO requirements. Contact Customer for PO clarification (as needed), discrepancies (as found), and to request purchase order changes (as needed). Provide an upward flow of concerns to QA regarding process capability, or PO specific items. Perform Contract Review, verifying all information entered on the work order against the customer purchase order prior to release to production. Verify the customer's PO number, customer name, part number, quantity, material/alloy, and applicable specifications (with current revision levels) are accurately reflected on the work order. Verify that ABAF is approved (by the OEM) to process to the specification(s) requested before adding any new specification to the planning system. Process planning changes, purchase order corrections (POCs), and rework planning (marking work orders/travelers as "
INTERNAL REWORK
" or "
EXTERNAL REWORK
" as applicable) in accordance with
ABAF-SLP-8.1.
Process split work orders as required, maintaining traceability of quantities and documentation with the physical parts.

Computer, Microsoft Office 365, email, ERP system.
Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
