As a Distribution Center Facilitator, you will ensure the smooth distribution of deliverable materials to carriers and independent contractors. This position includes unloading newspapers to the DC, staging products, and distributing according to manifests. What you'll do: Load and unload papers from delivery trucks. Distribute papers/products according to route manifest. Conduct a daily physical check of pool vehicle, fuel level, cleaning and washing of company vehicles. Follow all company safety requirements. Communicate and coordinate with supervisor, team members and district managers. Troubleshooting issues on site. Other duties as assigned. What you'll contribute to our team: Valid driver's license Good driving record Ability to lift (30 lbs.), bend, stand up - frequently and repetitively Ability to work with limited supervision Team player Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed Able to work in inclement weather Basic math skills Must be 21 years old and over to drive commercial vehicle What we offer: We are a family owned and operated multi-business organization with a heart for the community we serve and our employees.
