Description The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for daily, logistical tasks related to the coordination of patient care and efficient provision of services. Responsibilities Preparing, inspecting, shipping, and receiving of patient equipment and supplies. Tracking and managing of shipping schedules for patients. Management of inventory levels; ordering of equipment and supplies when needed or requested. Answering and routing of phone traffic within clinic. General data entry, scanning, and uploading of documents - ensuring all patient and referral information is properly included in files and EMR. General administrative duties when necessary.

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
