- Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships.
- Build strong working relationships with carriers in your assigned region.
- Negotiate market rates with carriers to meet financial goals.
- Maintain a solid understanding of market conditions.
- Identify and address cost improvement opportunities.
- Monitor shipments cradle to grave.
- Problem resolution as issues occur throughout the day.
- Bring new creative ideas to the table to grow our business. Required Skills
