Schedule Planner - 120754
Onsite/Remote:
Onsite Position As a Schedule Planner for JD Horicon Works located in Horicon, WI , you will: Develop and maintain production schedules to support manufacturing operations Coordinate daily and long-range scheduling activities to ensure alignment with production plans, material availability, and capacity constraints Partner with Operations, Supply Management, and Engineering teams to resolve constraints and maintain schedule adherence Manage schedule changes, priorities, and recovery plans in response to demand or supply disruptions Support part transitions, engineering changes, and build plan adjustments to ensure smooth execution Communicate schedule status, risks, and recovery actions to cross-functional stakeholders Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for scheduling, tracking, and reporting Proven ability to coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Working knowledge of SAP Experience in production control, scheduling, supply management, or manufacturing operations Ability to analyze data trends and translate insights into actionable plans Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or equivalent related work experience
