As the Materials Flow and Dock Logistics Coordinator, you'll be hands-on at the dock and on the shop floor, working closely with production and fabrication to ensure parts and finished goods move smoothly, safely, and on time. A day in the life Receive inbound materials and verify every shipment against packing slips and purchase orders. Load and unload trucks efficiently while following safety practices. Accurately record inventory changes and keep counts current. Pull, package, and stage parts and products for outgoing shipments. Transport materials between departments and buildings to keep work flowing. Make local deliveries and pick up parts from vendors as needed using a company vehicle. Perform quality checks on incoming materials and outgoing orders. Keep the warehouse neat, organized, and aligned with inventory standards. Pitch in with production and shop operations whenever needed. What you bring Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred. Knowledge of inventory processes, including First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices. Forklift experience preferred. Comfort working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to lift materials and stay active throughout the shift. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required (company vehicle use required).
