Job Description

Parallel Employment is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our team in a dynamic supply chain environment. The Quality Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that all supply chain processes and products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position will collaborate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to address quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality audits and inspections of suppliers and incoming materials. Analyze quality data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to resolve quality concerns. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs and inspection criteria. Support compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards. Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives. Provide training and guidance to supply chain personnel on quality requirements.
Requirements Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in Quality Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance within a supply chain or manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. basic lab tools. Microscope, drier, pipet tubes, collection containers.
