Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment operations at our facility. This role is responsible for ensuring products are accurately packaged, shipped, tracked, and delivered while maintaining inventory integrity and supporting overall production efficiency. This position is based at our Lake Delton, Wisconsin facility and plays a critical role in supporting production, fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and can independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining constant awareness of deadlines, shipment details, inventory levels, and facility activity. This is primarily an operational role with minimal customer interaction and offers opportunities for advancement into broader production and operations responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Fulfillment & Shipping Operations Prepare, package, and ship completed orders accurately and efficiently. Review packing slips, work orders, and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy before shipment. Utilize shipping software and carrier interfaces to generate labels, schedule shipments, and track deliveries. Package products securely and professionally using practical, cost-effective shipping methods. Ensure all outgoing shipments meet customer, carrier, and project-specific requirements. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records for finished goods, materials, and shipping supplies. Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs before shortages occur. Conduct routine inventory counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Organize inventory storage areas for efficiency, accessibility, and accountability. Logistics Coordination Coordinate local deliveries, freight shipments, and third-party pickup services as needed. Schedule and communicate with shipping carriers and delivery partners. Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders. Inspect incoming materials and shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies as needed. Monitor shipment progress and proactively address logistical challenges when necessary. Maintain awareness of production schedules and upcoming shipping requirements to ensure on-time fulfillment. Facility & Workspace Organization Organize and maintain shipping, receiving, and production support areas. Ensure workspaces remain clean, efficient, and properly stocked. Implement and maintain systems that improve operational efficiency and workflow organization. Production Support Assist production teams as workload demands require. Support project preparation, staging, material handling, and related operational tasks. Participate in cross-training opportunities that support future growth into expanded production and operations responsibilities. Required Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn shipping and inventory management software. Ability to read and interpret packing slips, work orders, and shipping documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods. Ability to safely lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more. Ability to perform repetitive packing, shipping, and material-handling tasks. Schedule & Compensation Full-time position (37+ hours per week) Monday-Friday schedule Starting at $23/hour, with higher compensation available based on experience and qualifications. Preferred Qualifications Experience using shipping software such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar carrier platforms. Experience with inventory management systems, ERP software, or production management software. Experience coordinating freight shipments, local deliveries, or third-party carriers. Interest in learning additional production and operations responsibilities as part of long-term career growth. What Success Looks Like Shipments are completed accurately and delivered on time, with minimal errors. Inventory records remain organized and reliable. Shipping and production areas are maintained in a clean, efficient, and professional manner. Deadlines are consistently met for daily and special project shipments. Operations run smoothly because of proactive planning, organization, and attention to detail.
