Job Description Speedora Inc. is an asset-based white glove delivery company specializing in big & bulky freight, including appliances, furniture, antiques, and high-value cargo. We operate our own fleet and W-2 driver teams to ensure full control over quality, safety, and the in-home customer experience. At Speedora, we take pride in professionalism, precision handling, and delivering excellence at every doorstep. We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient, accurate, and timely handling of inventory and shipments. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing processes, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and performance standardsMonitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control and reconciliation Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational procedures Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflow Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll reporting for warehouse staff Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, and shipment issues Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics, KPIs, and operational improvements Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management Proven leadership experience supervising warehouse teams Experience working with inventory management systems and warehouse software Background in distribution, supply chain, or third-party logistics (3PL) environments preferred Experience handling high-volume operations is an advantage Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment when necessary Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compensation $35,000 per year
