Job Description
We are looking for a dependable Logistics Clerk to support pharmaceutical fulfillment operations on the west side of Madison, Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and can maintain accuracy while handling shipping and order-processing tasks. The role involves a combination of product handling, packaging, receiving, and basic computer-based documentation to help ensure medications are prepared and distributed correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Process inbound and outbound pharmaceutical shipments with close attention to accuracy and handling standards.
- Assemble shipping materials and prepare parcels so products are ready for timely distribution.
- Pack medications securely, including temperature-sensitive items that require refrigerated or ice-based packaging.
- Review and enter order information into company systems to support smooth fulfillment activities.
- Receive delivered inventory and place medications in the appropriate storage or shelving locations.
- Support daily mailing activities for prescription products while following established procedures.
- Use computers for routine record updates, data entry, and order tracking tasks.
- Remain active throughout the shift while moving between packing, receiving, and fulfillment areas.
