Job Description

As a global provider of customized piping solutions, ISCO is proud to be a family-owned company built on innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence. Our Shipping & Receiving team plays a critical role in keeping materials moving safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively — from our yard to our customers. This is a hands-on logistics role, combining physical warehouse work with freight coordination and transportation planning. What You'll Do Logistics & Transportation Schedule and coordinate dedicated loads, LTL shipments, and freight carriers Determine the most cost-effective shipping methods based on lead time, cost, and product requirements Work within a Transportation Management System (TMS) to select carriers, print labels, and manage shipments Communicate shipping details with customers, vendors, and internal teams Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Operations Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Package, palletize, stretch-wrap, label, and weigh shipments Pull parts and stage outbound orders Handle and move 40-foot pipe and large materials Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (certification provided if needed) Store materials accurately and maintain organized inventory locations Inventory & Systems Maintain inventory accuracy using ERP systems (Epicor/Prelude or similar) Perform daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies Support continuous improvement in shipping, warehouse flow, and safety What We're Looking For Required High school diploma or GED Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution Experience with freight scheduling, LTL, dedicated loads, or brokerage coordination Comfortable working both physically and administratively Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely maneuver large materials Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Preferred Forklift or heavy equipment experience Experience using TMS and ERP systems Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting Outlook and basic data entry proficiency EEO Employer -
