Job Description

Available locations:
Phoenix, Mondovi, Desoto or Edwardsville Purpose:
Execute standard shipments and maintain documentation accuracy.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute standard shipments and maintain documentation accuracy. 2. Track shipments and escalate exceptions. 3. Ensure billing readiness and compliance. 4. Carrier booking and scheduling. 5. Status reporting and close-out paperwork. 6. Daily SLA adherence and checklist compliance. 7. Other duties as assigned.
Abilities/Skills Required:
Organizational skills, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods, attend meetings, and travel as needed.
Education/Training Required:
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant logistics experience required.
