Job Summary:

The Fulfillment Specialist will coordinate and pick stock for customer shipments.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None Duties/Responsibilities:

Compare the amount and identification numbers of goods against orders. Authenticate receipt of shipments alongside bills of lading, invoices, or other records. Record shortages and eliminate damaged merchandise. Attach identifying information and delivery instructions on containers. Organize records of goods shipped. Pick orders and handle associated paperwork. Complete end of day shipping log. Perform morning counts of anything produced, shipped, and/or received. Manage OTIF shipment of Sale Orders and report delays. Perform customer relations in professional manner. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years related experience required. Forklift experience required.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Ability to get on and off a lift frequently.
