Job Description
Job Overview Join a Team That Keeps Operations Moving Peragon is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and shipping/receiving activities. In this role, you'll help ensure materials and products move efficiently through our facility to support production and customer deliveries. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Inventory & Material Control Perform cycle counts and inventory audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Replenish materials to support production demand Process returned materials and coordinate proper disposition Shipping & Receiving Receive inbound materials and verify documentation Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately Load trailers safely and efficiently Maintain accurate shipping records and paperwork Warehouse Operations Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas Support material handling and dock operations Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment safely Assist with warehouse improvements and light assembly work as needed Safety & Quality Follow all safety procedures and operational standards Maintain clean and hazard-free work areas Help support continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory control Forklift experience or certification preferred Proficiency with ERP, WMS, or inventory systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Basic computer and documentation skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the shift Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment Why Join Peragon?
