Production Planner

FULL TIME REGULAR

Professional Sturtevant, WI Summary:

The Production Planner at Putzmeister America, Inc. in Sturtevant, Wisconsin will be responsible for developing and maintaining production plans based on sales and forecasted requirements in conjunction with production capacities for various Putzmeister products.

Salary:

$78,544.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Creating production orders; Working with purchasing, supply chain, and warehouse departments during preplanning and execution to monitor inventory levels; Tracking production progress in the SAP ERP system; Working with manufacturing engineering and accounting to ensure accurate production information in the SAP ERP system; Updating the material and job order information in the system to reflect process changes; Creating, generating, and distributing various, specific production reports; and Determining the order of production tasks and prioritizing according to the deadlines.

Qualifications:

Requires Bachelor's degree plus three years of professional experience as a supply chain planner, logistics engineer, or related occupation in a manufacturing or production environment. Required three years of experience must include three years of experience with each of the following: Supply Chain Management; Using Excel and Power Point to execute data analytics and reporting; SAP (ERP) in manufacturing facility; Intercompany transaction management and strategic alignment; and Materials management lean manufacturing and process variation reduction, including six sigma concepts and tool sets.
