Turnaround Logistics Planner/Coordinator

Our client is actively seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Turnaround Logistics Planner/Coordinator to oversee the movement of people, equipment, and materials for our upcoming refinery events. This individual will be the "architect of flow," ensuring that all parts from cranes and equipment to temporary buildings and waste management are coordinated inorder to effectively to minize downtown and maximize safety. This is a full-time, long-term contract opportunity with a leading energy client offering competitive pay of $45.00-65.00/hr (daily per diem), Health benefits, 401K, life insurance, and more! Key Responsibilities •

Site Plot Planning:

Develop and manage the temporary site plot plan, including contractor trailers, fabrication areas, equipment staging, and lunchrooms •

Equipment Coordination:

Manage the mobilization and demobilization of heavy equipment (cranes, aerial lifts, generators). Be POC for support of that equipment •

Contractor Logistics:

Act as the primary point of contact for third-party logistics providers; cleaners, fuel mule drivers, security issues, parking, and transportation for workforce •

Facilities Management:

Support the Turnaround team and contractors in all facility maintenance and problem solving •

Waste & Services:

Coordinate essential services including hydro-blasting water supply, vacuum truck movements, trash removal, and portable sanitation •

Scheduling Integration:

Work closely with the TAR Scheduler to ensure the logistics plan aligns with the P6 schedule Required Qualifications •

Experience:

5+ years in refinery or petrochemical operations, specifically within Turnaround/Outage environments •

Technical Skills:

Demonstratable knowledge of the logistics needs for a turnaround •

Communication:

Ability to negotiate with vendors and maintain a cool head during high-pressure execution phases •

Safety Mindset:
