Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for planning and releasing documents of new products, as well as the planning, executing, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsible for creating and setting up part numbers in Epicor and ensuring revision changes to parts are captured and documented. Responsible for ensuring products are manufactured as scheduled and resources and documentation is in place to ensure successful execution. Ensuring that all materials and goods required for production are available and ready for use.
Work with all aspects of operations to ensure things run smoothly and address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
Coordinate production workflow for multiple products.
Set-up parts in EPICOR, ensure revision changes are captured, and issue job travelers and MoMs, as required.
Maintain system planning parameters to sustain system data integrity for all parts and subcontract services
- Including order quantities, lead times, due dates and customer promise dates
Plan and communicate prioritizations in operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Help with determining manpower, equipment and materials needed to cover production demand
Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
Coordinate with different departments like BD, Purchasing, and Production to plan and adjust production needs
Prepare and submit status and performance reports
Create full-scale project plans and manage and track them from start to finish, including defining project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
Communicate project expectations, milestones, and progress to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clean manner.
Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) Preferred

Knowledgeable in all manufacturing processes and experienced in scheduling in an enterprise resource planning computer application.
Project management skills desirable. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field, or 2-5 year of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a production supervisory role.
