This role requires direct, hands-on supply chain experience. You must understand the full path a product takes — planning, sourcing, fabrication, logistics, delivery, and support — and be able to keep a project moving through every stage. As a Packaging / Supply Chain Systems Engineer, you'll work with a cross-functional team to develop the product and manage its movement through the entire cycle.

  • Build and refine 2D/3D models using PTC Creo, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, and Windchill

  • Manage sourcing: pricing, lead times, POs, BAA/COO compliance, QC documentation, and vendor performance
  • Oversee fabrication workflows including steel cutting, welding, machining, coatings, inspections, and NDE
  • Support manufacturing fit-ups, dimensional checks, and manufacturability reviews
  • Coordinate logistics such as inbound materials, vendor-to-vendor moves, oversized shipments, port handling, and final delivery
  • Prepare and support documentation including MTR packs, COC/COO documentation, inspection reports, and handling guides
  • Track performance, delivery milestones, supply chain risks, and quality issues across all stages
  • Work closely with the Program Management Team to align requirements, risks, and schedules
  • Act as the technical bridge between BD, Engineering, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers
  • Support warranty cases, vendor rework, and field modifications as required We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
