This position will be responsible for the planning and analysis of all goods moving through the Phoenix DC. The planning and analytical outputs will be used to inform and influence the tactical day to day decision making for operations while also providing input for strategic decision making. This role would suit a candidate with a strong logistics and analytical background.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query). Understanding of production planning concepts (MRP, capacity planning, scheduling) is preferred. Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Level of Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Logistics or related field.Level of Education:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Travel:
As the business needs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI. Translate production planning requirements into data models, KPIs, and visualizations. Analyze production data (capacity, throughput, downtime, inventory levels) to identify trends and inefficiencies. Collaborate with production planners to support scheduling, forecasting, and resource allocation. Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (ERP, MES, etc.). Perform ad hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decisions. Document data definitions, reporting logic, and dashboard usage.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
