As a Logistics Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with global teams in support of equipment shipments and carrier relationships as part of a dynamic logistics environment.

• Lead regular meetings with key carriers to review performance and any issues.
• Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to onsemi 's carrier base.
• Assist with the issue and follow up on 8D requests (Formal damage investigations)
• Coordinate ad hoc spot quote requests across multiple providers and shipments.
• Participate in the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Data Analytics utilization to drive efficiencies 

Requirements:

• Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and priorities.
• SQL or PL/SQL skills a plus
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau a plus
