In this energetic role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of importing and exporting goods, ensuring seamless coordination across supply chain functions. Your expertise will drive efficiency in transportation, inventory management, and compliance, helping our organization deliver exceptional service worldwide. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage international import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company policies Collaborate with freight forwarders, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) providers, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners, and carriers to optimize transportation planning and freight arrangements Oversee inventory control, warehouse distribution, and materials handling to guarantee accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery Utilize transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and AS400 platforms for data analysis, tracking, and reporting Monitor shipping & receiving processes, including picking & packing, packaging standards, and dispatching to streamline operations Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall logistics performance Conduct demand planning and category management to align procurement strategies with operational needs while managing pricing strategies effectively Requirements Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or warehouse operations with a focus on import/export activities Strong knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management system (WMS), ERP systems, and supply chain analytics tools Familiarity with freight forwarding procedures, NVOCC operations, customs regulations, and international shipping documentation Excellent data analysis skills to interpret logistics metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams efficiently Hands-on experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatching processes Embark on a rewarding career where your logistical expertise makes a global impact!
