• -Prepare daily and weekly reports to other departments regarding the status on cost, schedule, and workload requirements;
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to streamline operating processes;

• Evaluate existing systems and models of operation;
• Evaluate the use of inventory tracking technology and web-based warehousing software to maximize facility efficiency;
• Collaborate and develop supplier base with local and international shipping suppliers;
• Propose logistics solutions for management; Research and Improvement of Facility and Processes
• -Review global, national, or regional transportation or logistics reports for ways to improve efficiency;
• Identify cost-reduction or process-improvement logistic opportunities;
• Prepare logistic strategies or conceptual designs for warehousing facilities;
• Comparing HTS Code, Schedule B Code, Import/Export laws and regulations among different countries;
• Prepare recommendations of operating procedures to management.
