Job Description

Adecco is seeking a Warranty Parts Planning Analyst to support campaign and recall parts planning activities, dealer communications, and operational reporting within an automotive parts environment. This role focuses on ensuring timely execution of parts launches, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across supply chain and field teams.

Full-time, Monday-Friday Payrate:
$25.00-$32.00 Key Responsibilities Campaign & Parts Planning Support recall and campaign parts launches and readiness activities Monitor parts allocation strategies and dealer order controls Track backorders, special orders, and campaign completion status Coordinate with supply chain, quality, logistics, and field teams Dealer Support & Communication Prepare and distribute dealer communications for campaigns and warranty actions Respond to dealer inquiries related to parts availability and orders Support escalation and resolution of parts-related issues Reporting & Analysis Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Build and update Excel dashboards and tracking tools Analyze parts trends, inventory, and campaign performance data Operations Support Participate in system testing and process improvements Support ad hoc reporting and leadership requests Qualifications 2-4 years of data analysis, reporting, or business operations experience 2+ years of automotive parts, supply chain, warranty, or dealership experience preferred Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and communication skills Preferred Backgrounds Parts Planning / Inventory Analyst Supply Chain or Demand Planning Analyst Automotive Parts or Warranty Operations Dealer Parts or Logistics Coordination If you have a background in automotive parts operations, supply chain analysis, and process improvement, we'd love to hear from you. Pay Details:
