Fremont, CA Must be willing to commute between Fremont and ark for supply chain purposes. Summary The IT Logistics Team is seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and hands-on Supply Chain Analyst to support the implementation of industrial engineering and Lean principles within warehouse operations. This role requires a detailed understanding of warehouse objectives and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve overall efficiency, capacity, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities Assist Process Engineers in developing and deploying new processes and methods to improve efficiency, data visibility, and inventory accuracy. Support the design and implementation of new workstation layouts to increase space utilization and reduce process cycle time. Collaborate with operations teams to identify process constraints and execute solutions. Respond to daily process-related escalations. Conduct time studies and recommend updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) following change management processes. Improve workstation safety and ergonomics. Serve as liaison between operations teams and third-party vendors to coordinate routine activities and track open items/escalations. Support projects with: Data analysis Process mapping System enhancement proposals Handle ad hoc stakeholder requests (data reporting, root cause analysis, etc.). Pull data from multiple sources and convert insights into charts/graphs for storytelling and root cause analysis. Assist in solution testing, debugging, and documentation. Validate data and dashboards, providing insights for decision-making. Required Skills Understanding of Lean principles, including: Cycle Time 8 Wastes Root Cause Analysis Just-in-Time (JIT) 5S DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. Ability to create process flow maps and SOP documentation. Experience conducting cycle time studies. Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure. Intermediate proficiency in: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings, Forms) Intermediate data analysis skills, including: Running SQL queries Building Tableau dashboards Ability to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable reporting. Strong learning agility with new tools and systems. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Vendor management experience. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in: Operations Management Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Management
Business Analytics Must-haves:
Minimum 5 YOE Skilled in Data analysis and understanding of data: candidate should be able to read SQL, as well as data reporting, root cause analysis, etc. Supply chain experience within logistics is necessary: this role is part of the IT logistics team Good communication skills with various vendors, and openness to learn and take on challenges
