This highly visible role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to improve forecasting accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and provide insights that drive profitability and growth. What You'll Gain Competitive compensation plus bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package, including partially company-covered insurance Long-term stability with a global organization Exposure to multiple business functions and leadership teams Opportunity to influence key business decisions Career growth within a fast-growing organization Key Responsibilities Sales Forecasting & Inventory Analysis Partner with sales teams to gather, validate, and consolidate customer forecasts Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and demand patterns to support replenishment planning Monitor customer deductions and chargebacks, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement Create reports and analytics that support forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization Customer Portal & Account Management Set up and maintain customer portals and retailer systems Support onboarding of new customer accounts and ensure required documentation is completed Maintain accurate customer and product information across systems Business & Financial Analysis Analyze sales performance, inventory trends, and promotional effectiveness Provide insights that improve profitability and operational efficiency Collaborate with Finance and Operations to align forecasts with business objectives Evaluate the financial impact of sales strategies and customer programs Reporting & Data Management Develop and distribute KPI dashboards, sales reports, and product performance analyses Ensure data accuracy across reporting platforms and internal systems Utilize advanced Excel and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making Sales Team Support Assist with order tracking, reporting, documentation, and administrative support Serve as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams Help improve processes that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field required 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, inventory planning, demand planning, or analytics Experience within CPG, consumer products, food & beverage, retail, pet food, or related industries preferred Strong understanding of inventory management and forecasting concepts Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis Experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools is a plus Familiarity with retailer customer portals and compliance systems preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and business acumen For more information or immediate consideration, contact Serena Rupert at serena.rupert@gogpac.com.
