Job Description
•POSITION
The Management Analyst 3 reviews, analyzes, and evaluates customer needs to create solutions that support overall business strategies. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and assists in the creation of specifications that drive system/process development and implementation. The Management Analyst 3 functions as a liaison between the development/support team and the end-users/product owners and have both business and technical expertise. As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these are, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), and staying focused on the assigned tasks.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with development and tracking of planning schedules, actions briefing materials, reports.
Provide overall program management and technical support for key staff positions as required to meet the increased demand for briefs, reports, and metrics for Command leadership.
Serve as single point of contact (POC) for management requirements.
Prepare identification, development and collection, and reporting of metrics as required.
Develop and support Power Apps, such as Power BI, Power Automate, etc., to streamline operations.
Manage staffing calendar, security check-in and maintain inventory.
Support Division and Department development, tracking and reporting of Strategic Planning documentation and schedules as required.
Provide support of facilities items, assisting with facilities condition for assessment surveys and inspections and coordinating visits and associated requirements.
Support the development, planning and coordination, tracking of special test projects or adhoc requirements as required.
Define system supportability requirements, evaluate program documentation for logistics impacts, coordinate logistic tasks, review and track logistics products, and participate in various working groups and integrated product teams dedicated to development of specific logistics products.
Prepare long range program and project plans and analyze all available data for program impacts on schedules and milestones.
Perform organizational studies and analysis to identify OM&S Material for ISEA, Fleet, and Program Requirements.
Monitor and maintain action status of program requirements to include Division IPS requirements, planning, schedules, and data calls.
Provide program, project, data, and system management and analysis support for the Programs and command data calls and actions.
Coordinate meetings with Stakeholders, tracking program supply schedules and milestones, and on-time product deliveries.
Support analysis and tracking of engineering inputs and metrics to support technical requirements and program reviews to include; Review and track logistics products, Compile and input data into relevant databases and systems, Ensure all program documents are updated to reflect the latest logistics information.
Contribute to the creation of Logistics Product Data Summaries and other relevant reports, providing insightful data analysis to support informed decision-making.
Perform all inventory and warehouse management tracking through use of material masters utilizing the current Navy-Enterprise Inventory Database (N-ERP).Develop and maintain inventories, shipments, procurements, support equipment trackers.
Submit Warehouse Movement Forms and Procurements in SharePoint for government official reviews and submissions.
Develop reports for delayed material movement and shipments that involve CASREPS and other priority requirements and develop metrics to report to upper management.
Coordinate Depot Level Repairable issues and turn-ins.
Provide highlights to high level stakeholders on a weekly basis.
Develop and review procedures, instructions and technical documentation for program support.
Coordinate the receiving, repairing, packaging, and shipping of items.
Basic QualificationsActive DoD SECRET Security ClearanceUnited States Citizenship requiredBachelors degree in Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field.5-7 years of technical experience in support of Department of Defense (DoD) efforts to include: Programmatic Support, Equipment Support, and System Support.5-7 years Microsoft Office 365
Knowledge of Power Apps such as Power BI and Power Automate along with use of tools such as Tableau and SQL.Inventory tracking and control, procurement and shipment coordination, warehouse operations, OM&S management.
Working knowledge and hands on experience of N-ERP.Strong organizational and planning skills, strong communication skills.
High level attention to detail.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs, wear Personal Protective Equipment, and be in confined spaces, heights exceeding 8, labs and warehouses.
Preferred QualificationsIndividual shall have notable experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations. 5+ years Project or Program Management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Program AnalysisProject or Program Management Professional Certification or Certified DAWIA LCL and/or PM Practitioner or Advanced.
