Integrated Logistics Support Analyst Mid:
Job Description:
E3R is seeking candidates to fill an Integrated Logistics Support Analyst Mid position. The Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analyst Mid supports logistics planning, coordination, and sustainment activities for U.S. Navy systems and Major Defense Acquisition Programs. This role assists with life-cycle logistics documentation, readiness tracking, logistics meetings, and data management while coordinating with program stakeholders, Fleet Support Teams, and Naval Information Warfare Centers to ensure effective system support and operational readiness.
Functional Description:
Support planning and execution of U.S. Navy logistics elements for Naval Systems, Platforms and Programs. Support Integrated Logistics Support activities associated with a Major Defense Acquisition Program. Assist in the development or update of Life-Cycle Logistics Support Requirements, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, User's Logistics Support Summary, Navy Training System Plan, Life-Cycle Cost Estimates, Logistics Requirements Funding Summaries, Independent Logistics Assessment and other milestone-required documentation, data calls and events. Support Staff meetings, Technical Review Boards, Configuration Control Boards (CCB), program engineering meetings, Integrated Product Team (IPT), working groups, training events, Fleet Support Teams (FST) program reviews, System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR), System Readiness Reviews (SRRs), Logistics Supportability Analysis, and logistics support meetings. Maintain logistics instructions, directives, and policies. Support all logistics data calls including maintaining digital data and development of draft inputs. Support Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) chartered working groups for program systems and other tasking from fleet leadership as required. Develop required logistics input for briefs and other logistics documentation necessary to fully support program of record and project systems. Maintain logistics information using
NAVWAR SYSCOM
Acquisition Integrated Logistics Online Repository (SAILOR) and Microsoft TEAMs and SharePoint tools to include uploading new information and deleting obsolete information as required. Provide input/review program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to reflect logistics related milestones. Coordinate Integrated Logistics Support Management Team meetings (ILSMTs). Record meeting minutes and action items from all logistics related meetings and develop ILS schedules. Track and maintain ILS action item database and report progress status. Monitor system readiness metrics and prepare readiness briefs for leadership. Provide related inputs to IPT briefs and various program documents. Coordinate with Echelon III Naval Information Warfare Centers (NIWC) to provide logistics related information including ILS certifications/checklist, Configuration Data Managers Database - Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) files, Technical Manual (TM) development, nomenclature development, and Allowance Parts List (APL) files updates. Analytically problem solves with a high attention to detail.
Requirements:
5 years with a Bachelor's degree or 3 years with a Master's degree of specialized logistics experience with the Navy or comparable Department of Defense agencies. 3 to 5 years of experience in direct logistics support to an Acquisition program office (PEO/PMW) or similar organization is highly desirable. High working knowledge of the twelve Program Support Manager (PSM) Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements. Experience showing ability to work both independently and as an effective team member. Experience showing flexibility to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines. Must have exceptional written and verbal communications with the ability to interface with government personnel at field activities and track execution of funds and sustainment processes at field activities.

DAWIA Certification in Logistics or Program Management highly desirable.
