Job Description

The scope of supply planning spans the full supply chain from foundry and OSAT operations to contract manufacturing and finished‑goods shipment. This role includes full ownership of, and active engagement in, all issues that may affect the assigned products, ensuring proactive management and timely resolution to support Schedule build plans and purchase plans in the system to meet demand forecast. Manage and optimize the inventory at every production stage. Collaborate with the foundry/OSAT planning, Operation and Engineering teams to identify supply bottlenecks and work with cross‑functional partners to manage constraints, optimizing supply to meet customer demand and achieve business targets. Perform scenario analysis to understand impact of material shortages and demand change under critical constraints and implement mitigation actions to minimize customer impact. Maintain and validate master data and planning parameter integrity to enhance planning results by collaborating with related teams. Collaborate with Quality and related teams to rapidly evaluate the potential impact on supply continuity caused by quality issues and rebalance the supply plan accordingly. Ensure timely mitigation actions are in place to minimize customer impact and maintain business commitments. Participate in
S&OP / S&OE
process and partner with business units, capacity planning and sourcing to align the long-term business plan. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency, strengthen operational performance and support the organization's strategic priorities. Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. 5+ years of Supply Chain, Product Planning, or related work experience. 7+ years of experience in supply chain, production, materials management or IE, preferably with background in semiconductor or related field. BA/BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, Operation Management, Business or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Excel and strong understanding of planning system and S&OP process are highly desired for this role. Proven analytical skills and knowledge in problem solving, and complex modeling skills. Also the ability to drive corrective actions in a matrix environment. Excels in cross‑functional collaboration within a fast‑paced, constraint‑driven production environment.
