Job Description:
Overview Oversees MRB (Material Review Board) activities and drives timely disposition of non-conforming materials in a PCBA manufacturing environment. Serves as the liaison across Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and customers to resolve material issues and ensure compliance with specifications Day-to-Day
  • Review, triage, and disposition non-conforming materials (scrap, rework, RTV, use-as-is)
  • Update
MRB/NCMR
tickets, maintain logs, and ensure traceability in systems
  • Pull and review drawings, BOMs, and work instructions to determine proper disposition
  • Communicate with engineers and customers to clarify specs and approve dispositions
  • Coordinate material holds, releases, and returns to vendors or customers
  • Follow up with teams to close out MRB actions on time
  • Track recurring defects and flag trends for corrective action
  • Support floor questions related to quality issues and workmanship standards
  • Prepare data for audits and assist with root cause and CAPA activities Key Highlights
  • Own MRB process, tracking, and reporting
  • Drive cross-functional resolution of product and material issues
  • Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and followed
  • Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For
  • 1-2+ years in electronics or contract manufacturing
  • Experience with MRB, NCMR, or quality systems preferred
  • Knowledge of IPC standards, ESD, and PCBA components
