ASAP Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Response & Supply Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Order-Based Planning (OBP) and strong functional knowledge of

SAP S/4HANA

PP and MM . This role requires a senior consultant who can lead end-to-end SAP IBP Response & Supply implementations, drive solution design workshops, perform hands-on configuration, and provide strategic leadership across global supply chain transformation programs.

Important:

Candidates must have hands-on experience with Order-Based Planning (OBP) . Experience limited to Time Series-based planning will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP IBP Response & Supply implementations, including blueprinting, design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment. Conduct process assessments, gap analysis, and facilitate solution design workshops with business stakeholders.

Configure and optimize:

Supply Planning Heuristics Supply Optimizer Order-Based Planning (OBP) Pegging Rules (Stable/Dynamic Pegging) Supply Propagation and Response Planning scenarios Transport Load Builder (TLB) Planning Areas and Key Figure Models Design and manage integration between SAP IBP and

SAP S/4HANA

using CPI, SDI, and OData services. Develop functional specifications and solution blueprints. Lead client workshops and provide thought leadership on SAP supply chain best practices. Mentor junior consultants and support delivery governance activities. Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and estimation exercises. Required Skills & Experience 12-15 years of SAP Supply Chain experience. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP Response & Supply. Strong hands-on expertise in Order-Based Planning (OBP) .

using CPI, SDI, and OData. Experience with constraint-based and demand-driven supply planning. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. Experience in Manufacturing, Medical Devices, High-Tech, CPG, or Life Sciences industries. Familiarity with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.

Education & Certifications Required:

Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. SAP Certified Application Consultant - SAP IBP for Supply and Response.

Preferred:

SAP S/4HANA

Certification in PP or MM. Preferred Attributes Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business terms. Strong consulting and client-facing skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for digital supply chain transformation. Proven experience leading global SAP IBP implementations.
