Full Job Description Overview:
The Supply Chain Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring efficiency across our supply chain operations while supporting the evolving needs of the wholesale business. This role is responsible for order process execution, compliance tracking, reporting, and operational support, while partnering cross-functionally to identify risks, improve processes, reduce cancellations, and support data-driven decision making. Develop a strong understanding of each wholesale account's operational requirements, including order windows, portal requirements, shipping expectations, cancellation risk points, routing needs, and account-specific requirements. Research and investigate root causes of operational issues and support implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to support DC visibility into order flow, performance, and operational risks. Support cross-functional efforts to improve inventory visibility and system alignment, identifying discrepancies and supporting solutions to optimize order fulfillment. Support day-to-day order management activities, including order validation, status tracking, and issue resolution to ensure accurate and timely execution.
What You Bring:
Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel required; Power BI or similar tools preferred Proficient with Word and PowerPoint Bachelor's degree (BS/BA business/supply chain preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills Passion for the vineyard vines brand Manhattan or Blue Cherry experience preferred, but not required
