Job Description

MANTECH seeks a mission-driven and detail-oriented Regional Planner to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii . Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinates and monitors the daily logistical activities of staff and verifies the performance of various resource units. Prepare logistics operational plans, maintain accurate records of asset transfers, and verify that all work meets established SOPs and safety requirements. Monitor resource consumption and coordinate with vendors to ensure the delivery of essential supplies for regional operations. Drafts and maintains logistics coordination documentation for special operations activities in the Indo-Pacific. Prepare planning artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing sustainment actions at regional mission-support sites. Assist in identifying operational gaps in theater distribution and recommend priority resource allocations to sustain theater readiness. Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of position-relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to draft technical logistics documentation and follow established SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of position-relevant experience. Associate's degree or a related field. Experience using automated logistics or supply chain management systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
Clearance Requirement:
Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
