Job Description

Key Responsibilities Support daily station operations, including improving delivery efficiency, optimizing workflows, and assisting with basic logistics tasks such as parcel sorting and unloading Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations Participate in cross-functional learning and gain exposure to different areas of the business Work closely with regional leadership and department heads to understand business operations and management practices Collaborate with team members to support business expansion initiatives, including new city launches and relocation assignments as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields preferred Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus Strong adaptability to fast-paced, high-pressure work environments Excellent execution skills, problem-solving ability, and sense of responsibility Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is a plus Clear logical thinking, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow Strong interest in the logistics and supply chain industry with a long-term career commitment Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take on future management responsibilities Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
