Job Description
Description SAIC is seeking a Senior level Manufacturing Engineer to support
NSWC Crane, Bedford, IN Division Senior Calibration Lab Logistician:
- Perform Metrology review and analysis
- Maintain Metrology status tracking tool for continuous improvement
- Process Calibration Certificates
- Provide material for Delinquency and Forecast Reports Address quality issues in calibration reports related to specifications, tolerances and measurement uncertainties
- Participate in monthly Calibration Coordinators Group to provide status and guidance for problem resolution
- Review and report status of Calibration Measurements Requirements Summary to Customers
- Compile and deliver Monthly Status Reports to Customers
- Manage mailboxes and Teams/SharePoint for internal Calibration Lab Groups
- Participate in review of Instruction and other Calibration Lab Standard Operating Instructions and Procedures
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, providing recommendations and solutions Qualifications
