Materials Analyst

Job Summary:

The Materials Analyst serves to ensure purchasing and planning of inventory primarily for the hot side production. Ensures accuracy of scheduling of production to meet customer delivery needs.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Purchasing Place and manage ordering product for facility hot side processing based on regularly monitored workload. Provide weekly feedstock levels & consumption needs. Work with tech review department and customer service department to confirm any specs/certification needs. Communicate lead times Maintain relationships with product providers Planning Remelt Rolling Outside Processing Critical order fulfillment

Education and Experience:

Two years' experience in a related position is required A Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred Metals industry experience is preferred
