YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in materials management, production planning, or manufacturing operations. Proficiency with ERP/SAP systems and advanced planning tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.WE VALUE

Develop, maintain, and execute integrated material, production, assembly, and test plans aligned with demand, backlog, and AOP targets. Analyze material requirements and ensure timely availability of components and resources to support production and testing schedules. Maintain material master data accuracy, planning parameters, and ERP/SAP system integrity. Support PFEP, stocking, and replenishment strategies (push/pull) to optimize inventory and service levels. Create detailed assembly and test plans, coordinating labor, equipment, tooling, and materials with manufacturing teams. Monitor production, assembly, and test execution to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Investigate and resolve material constraints, production issues, and testing discrepancies; recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Strategic Sourcing, and Commodity Management on NPI, transitions, and design changes. Analyze MOQ, EOQ, and lot-sizing parameters and work with sourcing teams to resolve variances. Participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives across materials and operations. Prepare and maintain reports and metrics related to materials status, production performance, and schedule adherence. Provide process guidance and training support to planning, assembly, and test personnel as needed.US PERSONS REQUIREMENTS
