Corman is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-focused individual to join our team as an Inventory Manager based out of Nicholasville, KY. This position plays a critical role in supporting Material Sales operations by managing inventory, coordinating material movement, and ensuring customer needs are met efficiently. Perks of the

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all inventory operations including storage, shipping, and receiving of materials Support Material Sales yards with inventory needs and daily operations Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing, relocation, and disposal of materials Work with internal and external customers on inventory forecasting and material planning Maintain accurate documentation and update tracking systems for customers Build and maintain vendor relationships Assist with ordering materials and resolving inventory issues Support continuous improvement of inventory processes and material flow Communicate with field personnel to coordinate proper delivery of materials Maintain a strong focus on safety in all operations What does it take to be an Inventory Manager for R. J. Corman? Experience in inventory management, shipping & receiving, or material coordination Strong understanding of inventory systems or MRP processes Ability to multi-task, analyze data, and solve problems efficiently Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred Ability to occasionally travel as needed
Work Environment:
Primarily office/shop environment with some warehouse interaction Occasional exposure to moving equipment and material handling operations Some exposure to outdoor conditions may occur Limited lifting (generally up to 20 lbs)
