Metatarsal safety shoes required Top Required Skills Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) Strong planning and organizational skills Experience working with policies and regulations and ability to learn new requirements Strong communication skills , both internal and external Role Overview The Logistics Analyst will execute supply chain planning and logistics coordination activities within established systems and frameworks. This is a data?driven role focused on tracking, documentation, coordination, and analysis; not hands?on warehouse or shipping floor work. Key Responsibilities Execute supply chain planning activities within defined processes and systems of low complexity Track shipments to ensure on?time delivery and prepare required shipping documentation Partner with internal teams to coordinate equipment readiness for shipment Support shipping, hazardous materials, and inbound/outbound logistics coordination in support of logistics and warehouse management teams Perform supplier management activities to support role requirements Collect, analyze, and interpret data using preset tools, methods, and formats Respond to routine functional inquiries in accordance with established procedures Contribute to reviews of current operations and support continuous improvement initiatives Develop working knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory codes; ensure compliance and escalate exceptions as needed Resolve complex inquiries from internal and external customers or suppliers Create, update, and support complex Microsoft documents, databases, and internal systems while advising colleagues on best practices #LI-MH1 #INDOEM
